ORDER FORMS
1. First, download this Contact Form to print or save to your phone and edit. Without this completed contact form, we cannot fulfill your order!
2. Next, view and print whichever Order Forms below you want to purchase plants from. We have five (5) forms to order from (Annuals, Perennials, Herbs, Vegetables 1, Vegetables 2). You only need to print the pages you are ordering off of.
(It's best to print in color if you can, because we have color-coordinated our items for pricing, but if you cannot print in color, simply refer to these images online so you know what is what.)

Most items will be available for pick up by May 15th! If an item you ordered is not ready (aka: still growing), we will let you know when we process your order. Our order forms, sizes, prices and inventory are all subject to change. If you have any questions, please email us first.
To order:
1. Fill out your order forms.
2. Submit your forms via email, text, or in person with your contact info
3. We will email you an invoice and arrange for pick up
4. You pay when you get your plants

You may pick up our forms at each market, download the forms above to fill out digitally, or print the forms and fill out by hand.
Each form above has a download link. Once you download the forms, you may edit them on your phones or print them (via File > Print) to fill them out by hand.

You may submit the forms online or in-person at the markets.
To submit online: Either screenshot your completed form on your phone, or take a picture of your printed forms. Then, email us the form images to:

Once you receive a pick-up notification, you can get your plants at the market or by appointment:

Sundays, 10am-2pm
Outside City Hall
Pick-up Appointments available in Rotterdam, Clifton Park or Duanesburg
PAY AT PICK-UP
All orders must be picked up at the market. You will be notified when your orders are ready and given a total. All orders must be paid for at pick-up.
We take Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo and Apple Pay.
