Because our products don't stop growing and need to be planted by specific dates for ideal harvest, each order must be picked up locally from our greenhouse within 24 hours and as late as 10 days from purchase. All orders are non-refundable. When you arrive to pick up your order, please show us proof of receipt (you will receive an order confirmation receipt to your email after checkout). You are welcome to shop our greenhouse and add more items to your order at that time if you wish. If you have any issue with picking up your order in time, please contact us by phone or email. Our greenhouse hours are subject to change weekly.
